These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of paid features offered by XClipR ("we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

XClipR offers a Chrome Extension that allows users to clip segments from YouTube videos and post them to X (Twitter). Paid plans provide additional features, higher usage limits, or priority processing as described on our pricing page.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you also agree to their terms of service.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes do not affect active subscription periods already paid for.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selection.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of subscription without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at the email below.

If you have actively used the Service during the withdrawal period, a pro-rata amount may be charged for the period of use.

5. Refunds

• If you cancel within the withdrawal period and have not used the Service, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Outside the withdrawal period, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party platforms (YouTube, X) whose availability is outside our control. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• Circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Use automated means to interact with the Service beyond its intended interface

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by XClipR. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the paid features for the duration of your subscription.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to clip and share any content you process through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

11. Changes to These Terms
